Next weekend I will FINALLY be visiting my friend Irene! We have been Internet friends for more than 4 years, but we have never met in person, so now we have decided to finally get together!
Irene loves to craft as well, but Project Life is more her thing. I can’t wait to view her beautiful crafting creations & I will show her how embossing works, because I am sure she will love it.
This is a little goodiebag I will be bringing with me to give her, as you can see it is moon & star inspired and I hope she will like it!

I made this necklace for my mother a couple of years ago and I decided to film the process, since it is so very easy. It’s a really cute and fun necklace to make for yourself, a loved one or maybe for your bridesmaids on your autumn wedding! You can use any color pearl bead you like, cream, champagne, white, dark brown..
You can see what products I used and the how-to video after the jump!

It is my friend Marie’s birthday this Tuesday, so I thought I would share my making of the gift package with you
The theme is flowers, because flowers are always nice. I put on a gift tag on the string in the end too! And you can also put in a real flower on the actual day of giving. If you are wondering why I included the “Europa” tag, it’s because when Marie was younger, she always wanted to go to Europe (she is from the USA) and now she is in Europe! Here’s hoping she doesn’t see this video!
Also, have you already heared of Flow Magazine? It’s a really great, bulky magazine with tons of free goodies, heavy paper and beautiful patterns. You should check it out, they went international this year!
Check out the video for whats inside after the jump!

Today was a sad day: one of my favorite co-workers left our office. Involuntary, I might add. She really wanted to stay, but her contract was terminated due to budget costs. We made her a pinata filled with candy & presents. It was a lot of fun to watch her whack the thing to pieces!
I am writing this post because I discovered that she really loves boats, sailing & all kinds of ocean-related things! So I made her an anchor necklace & wrapped it up nicely. I read the quote “A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor” once and it was really fitting for the situation.
Here’s a picture of the necklace and the packaging. I really hope she gets a great job somewhere else & that she will keep us updated about it!
PS: If you want to see (or buy!) more of my jewelry, have a look at my webshop.
