Tomorrow is Eid al Adha (Feast of Offering) to celebrate the prophet Ibrahim for his ultimate sacrifice to God.
I have been invited to celebrate Eid at my lovely friend’s house, so I decided to make her (& her mom & her grandmother) a gift bag filled with some goodies.
The bag contains different gifts for each, including headscarves, scented candle, hand cream and more small gifts.
The bags were kraft with pink dots, so I added labels and stamped them with Arabic stamps. It was a very nice day!
Another workshop kit from ScrapAMoment, I really really love this one. The original had a red/white baker twine but I swapped it for a naturel twine. It was so much fun to make and really easy!
I made a video of the process which you can see after the jump, together with more pictures and which products I used.

It is my friend Marie’s birthday this Tuesday, so I thought I would share my making of the gift package with you
The theme is flowers, because flowers are always nice. I put on a gift tag on the string in the end too! And you can also put in a real flower on the actual day of giving. If you are wondering why I included the “Europa” tag, it’s because when Marie was younger, she always wanted to go to Europe (she is from the USA) and now she is in Europe! Here’s hoping she doesn’t see this video!
Also, have you already heared of Flow Magazine? It’s a really great, bulky magazine with tons of free goodies, heavy paper and beautiful patterns. You should check it out, they went international this year!
Check out the video for whats inside after the jump!

You can make this mini album with just a single 12″ sheet of paper, which is great! Decorate it with your favorite paper & embellishments and just have fun! This Graphic45 paper is so pretty, it was hard to cut up but I really like the result. As you can see in the video, I did make a mistake and now the album opens up the wrong way, but that’s okay.
You can see more pictures and the video after the jump!

I found this wooden box for sale in the craftstore and I thought I could make something cool with it. The tissuepaper was giving me some trouble but I managed to get it together after all. I love the little steampunk light bulbs from Prima Marketing, they look so awesome!
Check out the video, which products I used and some more pictures after the jump!
